Here is another post to help you out in school. No, it's not academical, so these tips aren't getting you the A's. Those, you have to work hard for yourselves.
Some of us have to wake up real early for lessons, and since I would expect most of us (including myself) haven't been sleeping early during the holidays, it's going to be quite difficult to focus on morning lessons while still half asleep. These are some things to do after you get out of the bed to work some blood into your brain and I hope sort of 'activates' you for the day's work.

Cardio Workout for Beginners
This is for you people who are like me, lazy, and a little bit shy to go run outside where everybody in the neighborhood knows you, or in the gym where everyone is a pro. Not a good motivation huh? Well, here are some exercises you can do anywhere you want. Whether at home, or just anywhere you can hide in with just enough space to move around. These burn loads of calories. If you are anything like me and hate running or doing any exercise that requires moving through long (or any) distances, this is the ultimate choice. These pictures don't belong to me, of course.
